HOKUBEMA Maschinenbau GmbH, headquartered in Sigmaringen, has been developing and selling machines for wood and plastic processing since 2010. Under the traditional PANHANS brand—which dates back over 100 years—and the WOODPECKER brand, we offer a wide range of drilling, band saw, panel, and planing machines for trade and industry—“solid German engineering,” made in Sigmaringen.
As a family-run and young company we place great value on flat hierarchies, great importance on flat hierarchies, a collegial work environment and short decision-making processes. To strengthen our central warehouse, we are looking for you as a warehouse associate with quality assurance (m/f/d).
Your Responsibilities
- Picking of machine parts for production
- Picking based on packing lists for service parts and safety technology (SiTec)
- Inspection— and completeness check of the picked items as part of the process of quality assurance
- Thorough documentation of picking and inspection results
- Proper storage, retrieval, and maintenance of inventory
- Participation in the ongoing optimization of warehousing and order-picking processes
What You'll Bring to the Table
Must-have:
- Completed training as a warehouse specialist, warehouse logistics clerk, or equivalent qualification—or, alternatively, relevant work experience in warehousing and order picking
- A careful, conscientious, and precise approach to work, particularly when handling packing lists and inspection specifications
- Basic PC Skills for Data Entry in the Warehouse Management System
- Team spirit, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in the mechanical engineering or industrial sector
- Valid Forklift Operator's License
- Initial experience in quality assurance or incoming goods inspection
