Angefangen vom formstabilen und selbsttragenden Maschinenk\u00f6rper und der verwindungssteifen Gusstischplatte mit feingehobelter Oberfl\u00e4che, bis hin zu den doppelt gef\u00fchrten Schwenksegmenten aus Grauguss, besitzt die Maschine alles, was sie zum pr\u00e4zisen und zuverl\u00e4ssigen Dauereinsatz ben\u00f6tigt.<\/p>\n<p>Auch f\u00fcr bei hoher Beanspruchung und bei der serienm\u00e4\u00dfigen Bearbeitung gro\u00dfformatiger Werkst\u00fccke und Platten hat sich die 680|100 bereits in unz\u00e4hligen Betrieben hervorragend bew\u00e4hrt.<\/p>\n<p>Ein leichtg\u00e4ngiger und wartungsfreier Doppelrollwagen (kugelgelagert und extra stabil) mit pr\u00e4zisem und spielfreien Lauf \u00fcber die gesamte L\u00e4nge, garantiert eine optimale Auflage und Werkst\u00fcckzuf\u00fchrung auf der Vorderseite. Dieser kann f\u00fcr gro\u00dfe Platten mit dem leichten und dennoch stabilen Querschlitten erweitert werden, auf dem sich auch der serienm\u00e4\u00dfig mitgelieferte L\u00e4ngen- und Gehrungsanschlag inklusive Winkel-Fixraster befestigen l\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n<p>Auf der rechten Seite des S\u00e4geblattes befindet sich ein massiv ausgef\u00fchrter, manuell feineinstellbarer Parallelanschlag mit Klemmvorrichtung und einem f\u00fcr schmale und flache Werkst\u00fccke umlegbaren Anschlaglineal.<\/p>\n<p>Das robuste und leistungsstarke S\u00e4geaggregat und die zweifach kugelgelagerte S\u00e4gewelle garantiert S\u00e4geschnitte von h\u00f6chster Pr\u00e4zision. Dabei kann das Kreiss\u00e4geblatt per Tastendruck um bis zu 46\u00b0 geneigt und komplett unter die Tischplatte versenkt werden.
