Die Positionierung erfolgt dabei auf 0,1 mm bzw. 0,1\u00b0 genau.<\/p>\n<p>Die Bedienung der Maschine erfolgt \u00fcber ein in Augenh\u00f6he platziertes, schwenkbares Bedienpanel, in dem sich auch die intelligente Touchscreen-Steuerung befindet. Die Steuerung dient nicht nur zur Achspositionierung. In ihr werden auch s\u00e4mtliche Maschinenparameter hinterlegt sowie sicherheitsrelevante St\u00f6rungen, Warnhinweise und Meldungen zum Betriebsstatus ausgegeben. Hierbei wird der Zustand der Maschine permanent \u00fcberwacht\u00a0 und alle Komponenten abgefragt. Sobald etwas nicht stimmt, greifen die Sicherheitsmechanismen; die Maschine wird unmittelbar stillgesetzt und der Bildschirm meldet der Bedienperson was zu tun ist, um das Problem zu beheben.<\/p>\n<p>Der Parallelanschlag rechts des S\u00e4geblattes positioniert automatisch auf Schnittbreiten bis zu 1250 mm und kann f\u00fcr eine freie Tischfl\u00e4che weggeklappt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Der um bis zu 3500 mm ausziehbare Teleskop-L\u00e4ngenanschlag am Querschlitten verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine Millimeterskala, zwei verschiebbare Anschlagklappen sowie einen Endanschlag mit Auflage f\u00fcr lange Streifen. Er l\u00e4sst sich zudem f\u00fcr Winkel- und Gehrungsschnitte mit stufenlos einstellbaren Winkeln von 0 bis \u00b146\u00b0 mit mechanischem L\u00e4ngenausgleich sowie via Fixierraster f\u00fcr die gel\u00e4ufigen Gehrwinkel 15\u00b0, 22,5\u00b0, 30\u00b0 oder 45\u00b0 verwenden.<\/p>\n<p>Die solide Qualit\u00e4t von Maschinenk\u00f6rper mit feingehobelter Maschinentischplatte aus Grauguss, S\u00e4geaggregat, Kreiss\u00e4gewelle, Rollwagen und Querschlitten garantiert eine hohe Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit und Pr\u00e4zision beim Bes\u00e4umen, Abl\u00e4ngen, Formatieren, Gehrungsschneiden von Holz und Kunststoffen sowie eine hohe Lebensdauer der Maschine.<\/p>\n<p>Sicherheit steht bei dieser Maschine generell an erster Stelle. Neben allen standardm\u00e4\u00dfig vorgeschriebenen Sicherheitseinrichtungen sind viele weitere Sicherheitsfeatures integriert. Beispielsweise ist der elektromotorisch verstellbare Parallelanschlag mit einer Sicherheitsabschaltleiste ausgestattet. Diese verhindert durch abrupte Abschaltung der Positionierung ein Einquetschen bzw.
