With its impressive height of 2.65 m, the PANHANS BSB 900 high performance band saw machine allows cutting heights of up to 540 mm when processing wood, plastic and similar materials. At the same time, it represents the largest machine in this series and, with its massive construction and solid design, ensures maximum efficiency, economy and safety.

he precise APA high-performance bandsaw blade guides, a workpiece fence with a reversible profile, an inclinable work table with a finely planed cast iron table top and an effective saw blade guard are already part of the standard equipment.

BANDSAW MACHINES
The BSB bandsaws are available in different sizes and with wheel diameters from 400 - 900 mm. This makes it possible to individually adapt the machine to different areas of application.
PROTECTIVE DOORS
The safety doors of the robust double-chamber welded construction are secured with safety switches.
APA HIGH PERFORMANCE SAW BLADE GUIDES
The band saw blade guide APA 2 top and bottom is fitted as standard on all models. The precise design ensures a long service life of the bandsaw blades.
INCLINABLE MACHINE TABLE
The table can be inclined steplessly up to 45° with the help of a scale and a clamping lever.
RIP FENCE
The rip fence can be set to two different positions: High for wide or tall parts and flat for small parts.
CONTROL PANEL
The control panel is easily accessible and ergonomically correctly placed on the bandsaw machine. Consisting of several controls, the placement can create an ideal workflow.

ALL-CAST WHEELS
Solid all-cast wheels with vulcanised and cambered rubber coating for safe and quiet drive. The dynamically balanced solid cast wheels ensure vibration-free concentricity and are equipped with a coil spring for automatic sawblade tensioning. They also have an integrated vibration-damping wheel bearing.

The high-performance bandsaw blade guide APA 2 made of hardened back and side rollers ensures the highest precision and long service life of the sawblade.

Push-switch unit with direct starting for 1.5 kW motor power. Push-switch unit with direct starting for 2.2 kW motor power. Push-switch unit with automatic star/ delta starting is available from 3.0 kW motor power and recommended from BSB 700.

FOLDABLE MITRE FENCE
The retrofittable mitre fence is equipped with a round bar guide and a fold-away device.

CUTTING HEIGHT EXTENSION
For the BSB 600 – 900 versions, a cutting height extension by a further 220 mm is possible. For the models BSB 700 and BSB 800 this extension is even possible by a further 400 mm.

TABLE TILTING DEVICE VIA HANDWHEEL
With the optional table tilting device with hand wheel, the inclination of the cast iron table top can be continuously adjusted up to 45° via scale and clamping lever.

TABLE EXTENSION WITH MOUNTING RAILS
The table extension can be easily moved and quickly removed again. Secure and fast mounting on the mounting rail by means of a clamping lever. The foot is foldable, latches automatically and requires little space when folded.

KREISFIX
The Kreisfix is the practical aid for sawing circles with your band saw. It makes it easy to cut curves and discs exactly without scribing.

UPPER AND LOWER BALL BEARING BACK ROLLER
The correct adjustment of the roller guides determines the cutting behaviour of the bandsaw. You can supplement your bandsaw blade guide with a ball bearing back roller for difficult to- cut wood materials and non-ferrous metals.

MEASUREMENT SCALE AT THE TABLE
The measurement scale at the table makes working on the bandsaw easy and efficient. This allows direct setting of the correct workpiece length without the need for other measuring tools.

T-SLOT IN THE MACHINE TABLE
The T-slot in the machine table is used to guide the mitre fence. This option includes the mitre fence „Classic“.

MOBILE BASE
The mobile base for easy movement of the bandsaw is equipped with two braked swivel castors and two fixed castors.
