Precision work in the joinery or workshop requires not only specific tools, but also a solid and reliable Spindle Moulder with a pleasant and advantageous operating concept. With its modern touchscreen control, the tilting spindle moulder PANHANS type 245|100 facilitates precise work in any situation.
With the control, height and tilt adjustment can be positioned automatically and the relevant tool data can be stored. The tool database consists of 3 tools with 20 programs each and can be expanded to up to 500 tools with 100 programs each if required. The control also has numerous safety functions. It monitors all machine and safety-relevant parameters and machine components and communicates with the operator in the event of malfunctions what needs to be done to restore operational readiness.
The fixed milling spindle with a diameter of 30 millimetres is equipped with a quick-clamping device for convenient tool changing. An HSK-80 quick-change system is also available as an option.
The central control panel with the touch screen control is ergonomically placed at eye level and easy to reach and can also be hooked onto the front of the extendable frame support if required.
The supplied safety milling fence type 301 allows total adjustment via a handwheel and partial adjustment via a star knob screw. Also included in the scope of delivery are the Protection and pressure device GAMMA V 1629 as well as the ring fence 1639 Tapoa for accident-free milling of curved workpieces by means of a clamping template.
The milling spindle is driven by a powerful 5.5 kW three-phase motor, whereby the four speeds 3000, 4500, 6000 and 9000 rpm can be set by shifting the drive belt.
The support surface of the finely planed cast iron tabletop can optionally be enlarged with table extensions on one or both sides as well as an extendable frame support.
Numerous options and special accessories are still available for the already generously equipped machine, as well as the possibility of remote maintenance via a LAN or WLAN connection.

7" TOUCHSCREEN CONTROL

SAFETY

Instead of fixed standard milling spindle, optional HSK system as interface for various clamping spigot diameters with 30 mm milling arbor and quick-release nut. Unique system, as it ensures greater concentricity and enables easy replacement of the milling arbours. Other mandrels with different Ø available on request. Optionally with spanner nut instead of quick-release nut.
