The combined planing machine is designed to do both the dressing and the thickness planing economically with little effort.
Extensive conversion work on the machine is not required between the individual work steps. Dual operation for both processes is possible without additional adjustment.
Simply setting the exact values is enough to get the desired result.

Solid steel spiral blade shaft
Due to their pulling cut, the 6 spiral rows of blades of the solid steel spiral knife shaft cut in significantly improved cutting quality and with longer tool lives. In addition, the enormous noise reduction speaks for the investment in this type of cutting tool.
The thickness planing table of our combined planing machine is mounted on four solid trapezoidal thread spindles with two additional lateral guides as tilt protection. It is parallel and designed for high loads. The absolute precision achieves an optimal planer image.
The infinitely swiveling stop can be quickly and easily adjusted to angles between 0 ° - 45 °. The set angle is displayed on a readable scale. The integrated and also pivotable auxiliary stop serves for safe hand support on narrow workpieces.
Using a handwheel, the height of the thicknessing table can be electrically adjusted with an accuracy of 0.1 mm. The set height is displayed via an LED display. Then the height adjustment can be started via the start button.
