The solid PANHANS sliding table saw 690|100 features a particularly stable double slide table with ball bearings. This is very smooth-running, maintenance-free and ensures play-free running over the full length. Thanks to its hardened and finely ground round steel guides, it is also equipped for massive loads, such as those that occur when processing solid wood in carpentry and timber construction.

Thanks to its generous cutting length of 3200 mm, in conjunction with the stable yet lightweight cross-cut carriage, processing large-format panels is also no problem. The cross-cut carriage, which is additionally supported by an extension arm, has practical Quick-Lock mountings on both sides for convenient attachment of the telescopic cross-cut fence, which can be extended by up to 3200 mm. This is equipped with two backlash-free and robust flip stops.

The sliding table saw is suitable for mounting saw blades up to 450 mm in diameter and is equipped with a swivelling circular saw blade guard and extraction bonnet with interchangeable wide/narrow insert.

To the right of the saw blade is the solid rip fence, which can be adjusted manually and with millimetre precision to cutting widths of up to 1030 mm via the dimension scale.

The machine and an optionally available scoring unit can be started and stopped via the control panel integrated in the machine body. The cutting height and the saw blade tilt can be positioned by electric motor at the touch of a button and read off via the modern 4.3" touch screen control. The maximum cutting height of the saw blade is 155 mm, and the tilt angle can be set in the range from 0 to 46°.

The control also enables the output of various status and fault messages, so that safe operation of the machine is always guaranteed, as well as the convenient and precise calibration of saw blade height and angle.

Like all PANHGANS panel saws, the 690|100 also has extensive basic equipment and all the necessary safety features. If required, a wide range of options and special accessories are available to upgrade your machine.

SAW BLADE ADJUSTMENT
Positive mitres can be performed with maximum precision up to an angle of 46°.

SAW BLADE GUARD
The saw blade guard with integrated extraction has a replaceable interchangeable insert (narrow for 90°, wide for 45°).

CROSS-CUT CARRIAGE
On the sturdy cross-cut carriage with carrying roller and Quick-Lock attachment, the dimensions are set using a scale and magnifying glass. Self-locking, tool-free plug-in system for length stop with movable folding and end stop.

RIP FENCE
The cutting width is set manually with a stable stop rail, fine adjustment and clamping device. The rip fence can be folded under the work table if required.

CONTROL UNIT
The control panel is clearly arranged and easy to operate. The input buttons and digital displays are grouped and logically arranged.

MACHINE TABLE
A torsion-resistant and finely planed cast table top is mounted on the machine body.

CIRCULAR SAW UNIT
The robust and powerful circular saw unit, built into the machine body, guarantees precise saw cuts.

DOUBLE ROLLER SLIDE TABLE
The reinforced double roller slide table is smooth-running and maintenance-free. Guided in hardened and ground steel guide, this ensures precise and backlash-free running over the full length.

APA SAW BLADE QUICK CLAMPING SYSTEM

Changing the main and scoring saw blade is extremely simple and very quick. One tool is sufficient to replace the existing saw blade without locking the saw shaft. The very high contact pressure allows any circular saw blade to be used.

CIRCULAR SAW SHAFT BEARING

The long, double ball-bearing shaft, dynamically balanced and the solid, double-guided column guide for height adjustment ensure absolutely smooth running. This means that tasks such as trimming, cutting to length and formatting can be carried out precisely.

CONTROL PANEL
