The solid and generously dimensioned PANHANS sliding table saw has the unique selling point of a circular saw blade that can be tilted to both sides. Due to the motorized adjustment on both sides in the range -45.5° to +45.5°, the visible side of the workpiece always remains up, no matter which inclination the saw blade follows. This ensures tear-free work in any case.
With the machine, saw blade diameters from 315 mm to 500 mm can be used and clamped in no time via the practical APA saw blade quick clamping system. The saw blade is protected by a patented saw blade guard. This can be swivelled with two handles and thus adapted to any saw blade setting.
The speed of the powerful 7.5 kW drive motor can be variably adjusted from 1000 to 6000 rpm in steps of 100 on the control panel and read on the touch screen control. The motor is also equipped with an electronic, wear-free motor brake.
The positioning of the saw blade height, the tilt angle, the cutting width at the rip fence as well as the optional scoring saw is motorised via the touchscreen positioning control. It also has a program memory for 25 programs and a tool database for 9 different circular saw blades. Here, the saw blade diameter, log blade, cutting width and max. speed can be stored for each saw blade and individually loaded into the program.
A dimensionally stable and self-supporting machine body forms the foundation for the distortion-free and finely planed cast iron table top and the powerful sawing unit for cuts with the highest precision.
The smooth-running double roller slide table as well as the cross-cut carriage and all other components of this machine are also solid and solidly constructed and correspond to the usual and well-tried PANHANS quality.
The machine also has all the necessary safety equipment and a lavish basic configuration. With various special accessories and options, the machine can be individually expanded as required.

CUT QUALITY
The 45.5° tilt of the saw blade in both directions opens up new possibilities for machining. The settings via a display facilitate the work and ensure extremely precise cuts in the result.
CROSS-CUT CARRIAGE
Stable cross-cut carriage with carrying roller and quick-lock attachment. Self-locking, tool-free plug-in system for length stop with movable folding and end stop. Dimension setting via scale and magnifying glass.
LENGTH CALCULATION
The sliding table saw automatically calculates the length from the saw blade to the rip fence. In the case of the manually adjustable rip fence, a graphic representation appears on the display. The length calculation is performed automatically when the values for cutting width and angle are entered.
SAW BLADE GUARD WITH EXTRACTION
The saw blade guard with extraction can be swiveled with two handles and thus adapted to any saw blade setting - a patented solution from PANHANS.
CIRCULAR SAW UNIT
The robust, powerful saw unit in the machine body guarantees precise saw cuts.
DOUBLE ROLLER SLIDE TABLE
The double roller slide table is smooth-running and maintenance-free. Guided in hardened and ground steel guide, this ensures precise and backlash-free running over the full length.
OPTION: CONTROL PANEL AT EYE LEVEL
The control unit mounted at eye level is clearly programmable.
OPTION: MOTORISED RIP FENCE
Dimensions can be entered on the control panel using the keypad. Removable for a free table top, safety shut-off bar in case of crushing hazard between rip fence and slide table. (rip fence cannot be completely folded away as with the 680 and 690 models)

SAW BLADE TILT
The V91|10 panel saw has an electromotive height and tilt adjustment of the saw blade from +45.5 to -45.5°. By sawing at 45.5° in both directions, positive and negative mitres can be performed in the same workpiece position. The workpiece does not need to be turned, which saves time and effort.

RIP FENCE
The cutting width is set manually with the stable fence using the fine adjustment and clamping The set dimension is clearly displayed digitally in a rotatable housing. The rip fence can also be folded away.

THE PATENTED SWIVELLING GUARD
PANHANS sliding table saws of the V91 series work with only one saw blade guard. An ingenious rotating mechanism allows the guard to be individually adjusted to the saw blade setting. The guard does not need to be replaced and therefore cannot be lost.

The problem solver for making blunt and pointed mitres. Can be combined with Super-Gehrfix I + II. For attaching and damage-free cutting to length of mitres that have already been cut. As an additional fence to the cross-cut fence, with adjustable angle and 100 mm offset dimension to the flip stop.
