Trade fair review

After a successful trade fair, the HOLZ-HANDWERK, everyone talks about a trade fair highlight – and we were also able to clearly define this for ourselves. The trade fair! At last, the trade fair is back – we could feel and hear that from every visitor. Producers were able to present, visitors could explore and everyone together could exchange ideas and share information.

After such a long break, we once again realised how important this exchange between producers and end customers actually is. Visitors were able to get to know and try out the latest developments at first hand. But we also received interesting and good feedback on our products. Our innovations in particular were very well received.

Reinhold Beck Maschinenbau GmbH presented a further development of the Teamer and the HS300 midi with Schwenkmax, two already well-known products in the handling sector. The Mobillifter ML-120 is the ideal partner for ergonomic panel handling.

With the Mobillifter, large panels, e.g. 5 x 2 metres in size, can be transported from a cantilever rack to the processing machine by just one person, without any physical strain and very easily. With the Mobillifter, work preparation can be carried out easily and effectively by just one person, even without exertion.

The height and width as well as the swivelling up to 180° of the mount can be changed by motor. This makes it ideal for moving both small and large plates. The material is gently picked up by the vacuum grippers and can be easily moved to the machine by the travelling device. The powerful rechargeable battery also allows longer distances to be travelled.

The company HOKUBEMA Maschinenbau GmbH also presented further developed machines and a unique control system. These include the PANHANS 546|100 combined planer & thicknesser and the 245|20 spindle moulder with a completely new control system. Among other things, the control system of the machines, which can be found not only in the milling machines but also in the sliding table saws, should be emphasised.

Unique on the market, the machines are equipped with an efficient and sustainable plug & play control system. The special feature: In the event of a fault on the machine, the system can be accessed via remote maintenance and treated by the service module. If this is not sufficient, there is still no need to accept a long repair time. Thanks to the sophisticated system, the old control unit can be disconnected and replaced with a new control unit sent by HOKUBEMA. A simple plug-in system and the bundled technology in one control module enable quick and efficient problem solving – without logistics, without technicians, without downtime. This specially developed and unique technology can be found in all PANHANS machine controls for sliding table saws and routing machines.
