Slot drilling & mortising machine at intervals
- Clean the machine
- Check the function of the extraction system before starting work
- Check the suction duct for contamination and clean it
- Lubricate the guides of the dovetail and the cross table ball guides with thin oil
- Lubricate the clamping and adjustment lever threads with a few drops of oil
- Lubricate all moving parts such as eccentric clamps, workpiece stop, mitre fence etc. with thin oil
- Inspect electrical equipment and components for externally visible damage and have it repaired by a qualified electrician if necessary
- Check the braking time of the motor brake (maximum 10 s)
Slot drilling & mortising machine if required
- Change collets for drill chuck
- Readjust dovetail guide if there is play
- Readjust cross table ball guides if there is play
- Readjust motor brake
- Replace broken clamping levers
Tilting spindle moulders at intervals
- Clean the machine
- Check the function of the extraction system before starting work
- Check the suction duct for contamination and clean it
- Check the braking time of the motor brake (maximum 10 s)
- Inspect electrical equipment/components for externally visible damage and have damage repaired by a qualified electrician if necessary
- Check the function and condition of all safety guards and protective equipment
- Check drive belt condition and tension
- Check all sliding or rolling parts for smooth running and lubricate with thin oil if necessary
- Apply a few drops of oil to the threads of the clamping and adjustment levers
- Replace the lubricator of the tilt adjustment
- Remove the tool and check for functionality
- Clean resin and wood residues from the tilting segments and lubricate with a low-viscosity oil (e.g. Neoval, Red Oil)
- Lubricate the milling spindle bearings at the marked points
- Check the milling fence for damage and replace damaged parts (or have them replaced) if necessary
- Check the TAPOA 1639 ring fence for damage
Tilting spindle moulders if required
- Tension respectively replace the drive belt
- Replace damaged safety guards and protective devices
- Replace milling arbour nut and rings
- Replace the splinter tongues of the milling fence
- Readjust motor brake
- Replace the TAPOA 1639 ring fence if damaged
Surface planer & jointer at intervals
- Check machine for damage
- Check the condition of the planer knives
- Lubricate sliding and rolling parts with low-viscosity oil
- Lubricate the clamping and adjustment lever threads with a few drops of oil.
Surface planer & jointer if required
- Adjust the brake
- Replace damaged protective equipment
- Change resp. tension the V-belt
- Replace worn planer knives resp. turn carbide inserts
- Replace the knife shaft screws
- Replace broken clamping levers

- Oil chains
- Lubricate chain spindles for thickness table height adjustment
- Lubricate sliding and rolling parts
- Lubricate the clamping and adjustment lever thread with a few drops of oil
- Lubricate the guides of the thicknessing table
- Check the condition and tension of the drive belts
- Check the condition of the planer knives
- Check the tension and condition of the feed chain
- Check anti-kickback fingers including contact surfaces daily (ensure that the links fall down freely under their own weight)

- Adjust the brake
- Change resp. re-tension the drive belts
- Replace the feed chain if it is excessively worn
- Adjust or replace the rubber segments of the intake and exhaust rollers
- Replace worn planer knives resp. turn carbide inserts
- Replace the knife shaft screws
sliding table panel saws at intervals
- Clean the machine
- Check the function of the extraction system before starting work
- Check the suction duct for contamination and clean it
- Inspect electrical equipment/components for externally visible damage and have damage repaired by a qualified electrician if necessary
- Check the condition of the guards, saw blades, clamping flanges, clamping nuts and splitting wedges
- Check drive belt condition and tension
- Lubricate the clamping and adjustment lever threads with a few drops of oil
- Lightly grease the cross-cut carriage support bolt between the bolt and cross-cut carriage every month
- Check all sliding or rolling parts for ease of movement and lubricate with thin oil if necessary
- Lubricate the lubrication points on the height adjustment of the saw unit and on the rip fence monthly with 2 grease strokes
- Clean the guideways of the sliding table

- Change resp. tension the V-belt
- Replace damaged guards, saw blades, clamping flanges, clamping nuts and splitting wedges
- Replace broken clamping levers
- Change scales and magnifying glasses
- Replace the underrun rollers of the sliding table
- Renew rollers from the swivel arm
bandsaws at intervals
- Check the covering of the bandsaw wheels
- Oil the height adjustment guide
- Clean the machine
- Check the function of the extraction system before starting work
- Check the suction duct for contamination and clean it
- Inspect electrical equipment/components for externally visible damage and have damage repaired by a qualified electrician if necessary
- Check the V-belt condition and tension
- Lubricate sliding and rolling parts with low-viscosity oil if necessary
- Lubricate the clamping and adjustment lever thread with a few drops of oil
bandsaws if required
- Adjust the brake
- Change resp. tension the V-belt
- Replace the back and side rollers of the band saw blade guide
- Replace the table insert
- Vulcanizing, balancing and crowning idler wheels
